About Moving Forward Fitness

Your Personal Trainer, Miranda

 I've worked with many clients from all walks of life, and here's what I've learned:    


Most people don't need more information about fitness. They need support. They need someone who understands where they're starting from. They need a safe space where they can show up as they are without judgment, without pressure, without feeling like they're "behind." 


Too many people avoid fitness because they're intimidated by gyms, confused by conflicting advice, or carrying the weight of past attempts that didn't work out. They tell themselves they'll start "when they're in better shape" or "when they have more time"—not realizing that the right support can make all the difference. 


That's where I come in. 


I don't believe in one-size-fits-all programs. I don't believe in pushing people to their breaking point just to prove they're "tough enough." And I certainly don't believe that fitness should feel like punishment. What I DO believe is that everyone—regardless of age, fitness level, or past experience, deserves access to expert guidance, personalized support, and a judgment-free environment where they can finally make progress.

This is a judgment-free conversation. No pressure,        no sales pitch. Just an honest discussion about whether this is the right fit for you. 


Get Your Personalized Plan - Based on your consultation, I'll design a customized training program that fits your goals, your schedule, and your lifestyle. This isn't a generic template pulled from a book—this is YOUR plan, built specifically for your body and your life. 


Start Training & See Progress - Show up. Put in the work. I'll handle the rest. Coaching you through every session, tracking your progress, celebrating your wins, and adjusting your plan as you get stronger. Before you know it, you'll see and feel the difference.
